1) Should the product you have purchased is faulty, damaged, inedible or defective, we will refund the purchase price using your original payment method or exchange the product.
2) We reserve the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable remedy.
You must provide us with a valid receipt and notify us within 24 hours of purchase. The staff member handling your request will advise if you need to return the item back to the store. Any cost incurred by you in bringing the item back to the store will be borne by you.
To return your products, please send the whole product(s) back with its original packaging to: J-G-10, Block J, Dataran Ara Damansara, 47301, Petaling Jaya, Selangor.
